Our special sauce is combining creator talent who grew up on the Roblox platform with creatives and operators with decades of experience building consumer brands and telling stories in creative ways. The Supersocial team combines deep Roblox expertise with AAA experience and creative storytellers who, together, design cutting edge experiences that feels authentic to metaverse communities.
How You’ll Make an Impact
We are looking for a highly driven and exceptionally organized Associate Project Manager who is passionate about building and managing processes to support cross-functional teams from concept to development. You will report into the COO and work closely with the Head of Creative, delivering on Supersocial's vision for expansion.
You will play an instrumental role in our Creative, Design, & Insights team, owning the creative process and ensuring all team members have clarity on focus and deliverables. This includes setting operational frameworks to deliver best-in-class concepts for both branded games and owned experiences and supporting a team of creatives and designers on their day-to-day operations. Your role will encompass the management of tasks and deliverables, ensuring work is completed on time and within expectations, while identifying opportunities for improving the team’s efficiency and process.
We are looking for an excellent communicator who is able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and ensure information and updates are shared to all parties in real-time, gathering input from relevant stakeholders, and effectively guiding the team to best-in-class execution.
You will be part of a cross-functional team composed of Robloxians and industry-wide functional experts. Previous Roblox experience is a plus, but what counts is your curiosity and drive to learn about a new platform and become part of a community of passionate creators and players.
You’ll Enjoy This Role If You can…
Work with the Creative, Design & Insights team to guide the development of winning game concepts for brand experiences and owned IP
Own the process and manage day-to-day task completion, maintaining Project Management frameworks and tools to maximize team efficiency
Manage the workflow and support in the creation of best-in-class pitch decks
Participate in meetings with potential partners, including taking notes, crafting briefs, and following up with action items
Be the central source of information, guaranteeing feedback from stakeholders and partners are integrated into concepts and delivered on time and quality
Foresee and help solve potential risks and obstacles to ensure the game concepts we pitch take all aspects of the brief into account
Work closely with the Head of Creative to put together and deliver presentations, establishing timelines and scheduling all necessary meetings both internally and externally
Assist Project Managers on game teams with marketing deliverables, from internal resourcing to external vendor management
Help us win more deals and deliver on the magic!
Qualifications
Must Have
Proven experience in a related role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional remote team environment
